The laser-etched alignment markings include key eye, hand and body positions, making it easier to check your form and maintain correct posture during poses. Ideal for beginners learning the basics or experienced users refining their technique. Made from double-layered closed-cell TPE foam, the mat is non-toxic and free from harmful chemicals. The 6mm thickness provides cushioning for joints while still offering the stability needed for balance work, yoga flows and low-impact exercises. A textured non-slip surface on both sides helps the mat stay securely in place on smooth flooring while giving your hands and feet the grip needed for confident movement. Measuring 183cm x 65cm, it offers extra space compared with many standard mats, giving you more room to stretch, pose and move comfortably. The closed-cell surface does not absorb moisture, making the mat easy to wipe clean with warm, soapy water after use. Lightweight at approximately 0.86kg, it rolls up easily and includes a hook-and-loop carry strap for simple storage and transport to classes.
