ISO-XP Whey Protein Isolate is a premium, ultra-filtered protein powder designed for rapid absorption to support muscle growth and recovery. ISO-XP is rapidly absorbed, so the optimal times to use it are when you need protein fast (e.g. immediately upon waking before breakfast, and immediately after exercise).
