These high quality dumbbells are sold as a pair and boast ergonomically designed contoured knurled chrome handles and durable rubber covered heads for better safety and support. The torque threaded heads are permanently affixed to a thick 35mm solid steel shaft which greatly enhances the strength of the head and handle joint compared to traditional rubber hex dumbbells.
