It opens with a surprisingly addictive mix of juicy pear and roasted hazelnut, darkened by smoky olibanum (frankincense). From there it glows into saffron-lit florals, before settling into a deep woody-amber trail of sandalwood, labdanum, ambergris, and a soft touch of vanilla.
