Measuring 23cm in diameter, it can be used partially or fully inflated to add instability to exercises and support posture during Pilates, yoga, stretching and rehabilitation workouts. Made from soft, durable anti-burst PVC, the ball is abrasion-resistant and designed to slowly deflate rather than burst if punctured. Its anti-slip surface provides extra grip during exercises, helping it stay securely in place when positioned under your body or squeezed between your legs. Despite its compact size, the ball supports a maximum weight capacity of 200kg, making it suitable for a wide range of users and exercises. Inflation is quick and simple using the included tube. Insert the tube into the valve, inflate to your preferred firmness and secure it with the stopper plug. A spare stopper and plug removal tool are also supplied for convenient deflation and storage. Compact and lightweight, the ball is easy to carry to classes, the gym or when travelling. It is also free from phthalates, carcinogens and short-chain chlorinated paraffins.
