• Oversized boxy cut with dropped shoulders and a wide body - sits away from the torso rather than clinging, giving full freedom of movement during warm-ups or cool-downs.
• Jersey fabric is soft and stretchy, moving with the body rather than against it - the kind of weight that keeps you warm between sets without overheating mid-session.
• Compact ribbed hem and cuffs hold their shape through repeated wear, keeping the silhouette clean even after a heavy session.
• Small chest 'Training Dept.' graphic print adds a sport-utility edge without going loud - a considered detail that reads as part of a set rather than an afterthought.
• Front kangaroo pocket sits low across the body, practical for stashing a phone or warming hands on the way to the gym.

The gym car park, the warm-up track, the walk back to the changing room - this hoodie is built for the in-between moments that make up a real training day. The boxy silhouette means it layers over a compression top without bunching, and the jersey construction stays comfortable whether you're stretching out or sitting on a bench between rounds. Pair it with the matching Training Dept. joggers as seen on the model for a co-ord that looks intentional rather than thrown together. Away from the gym, it holds up just as well thrown over joggers for a morning coffee run or worn to a sports class. The understated chest branding keeps it versatile enough to take beyond the weights room - this isn't a piece that demands a specific setting, it just works.
