This durable weight bench also includes a leg developer unit with comfortable foam rollers for leg curls to target the hamstrings and leg extensions to target the quads. The B500 weight bench has a built in barbell stand which allows you to perform various barbell exercises. The stand also includes barbell retaining hooks which keep the bar in place while you change the weight plates. As an added bonus, the bench also folds for convenient storage once you have finished training.
