The HXGN angled parallels are a 2-in-1 set of parallettes and push up bars to help take your gymnastic and push up training to the next level. Great for calisthenics, the parallel handles allow you to perform a wide range of bodyweight exercises to strengthen and tone the upper body. They can be positioned on the floor for a wide, mid or narrow grip to suit your training needs while being close enough to the ground to enable safer gymnastic training such as when performing L-sits. The bars feature a slightly angled design which helps reduce stress on the wrists. The raised handles allow you to perform a deeper stretch with a greater range of motion than a typical floor push up which can help increase muscle engagement for better results. Sold as a pair, the bars are designed with soft air flow foam grips which ensure a comfortable, secure grip even when your hands are sweaty.
