Ingredients: Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate (AAKG), Vegetable Capsule Shell (Hydrixyorioyl Methylcellulose), Anti-Caking Agents (Magnesium Salts, Silicon Dioxide). Suggested use: Take 1 serving (4 capsules) daily. Preferably 1 hour before training or in the morning on an empty stomach.
