Filled with buckwheat shells, the pillow perfectly conforms to the shape of the body. Buckwheat hulls move and shift, but do not compress under pressure or lose volume. This makes the cushion also firm enough to double as a yoga block for some postures. The cover features a handle at the end of the pillow for easy portability and is also fully removable via zipper.
