Whereas most cast-iron kettlebells have a welded handle, these kettlebells are made from a single piece of metal for ultimate strength. Comfortable Grip Cast-iron kettlebells are less dense than concrete kettlebells and have smaller handles which are easier to grip. A powder-coating provides a firm, comfortable grip if your hands are sweaty.
