Available in 15kg, 20kg or 25kg options, each set includes a selection of weighted plates so you can easily adjust the resistance to match your workout, fitness level and training goals. Perfect for progressive training, the dumbbells allow you to start light for toning, conditioning and controlled movements, then add extra plates as your strength improves. Use them for curls, presses, rows, lunges, lateral raises and a wide range of upper and lower body exercises. The compact adjustable design gives you multiple weight combinations without taking up the space of a full rack of fixed dumbbells, making the set ideal for home gyms, bedrooms, garages and smaller workout areas. Foam-lined, non-slip handles provide a secure and comfortable grip, helping improve stability, control and form during every rep. The hardwearing PE handles and PE-coated, cement-filled plates are built for regular strength training and balanced performance. Adding or removing weight is quick and simple. Slide the plates onto the handles, then tighten the spinlock collars to keep them securely in place for stable, controlled lifts.
