boohooMAN UK returns are ABSOLUTELY FREE and easy!
We hope you are satisfied with all of your purchases but if you ever need to return an item, you can do so within 28 days from the date you received your parcel. Click here to view our full Returns Policy.
Follow the steps below:1. Repack your items.(These need to be unworn/unwashed/unused and with original tags)
Start your return
2. Login to our returns portal. You will need your order number and email/last 4 digits of your phone number.
3. Select your preferred return option (Print returns label at home or in store options).
4. Once you have processed your return in the portal you're ready to post it off! Make sure you keep proof of postage!
5. Keep an eye on your return tracking. You'll get an email once we receive your returned item.
Please note: Free returns are only available via the returns portal link above. Returns sent using any other method are at the customers own cost and liability. We cannot offer refunds on grooming products, fashion masks or swimwear/underwear if the hygiene seal has been tampered or been broken.Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
