Track My Order

You can track your order live! Grab your order number and put in the 'Track your order' box in the top right of this page. If you've got any questions, get in touch via twitter.

Don’t worry if you haven’t received a dispatch email from us yet, we will be working exceptionally hard to make sure your order reaches you within your shipping timescale and we will be in touch. Once you’ve received your dispatch email from us, you can track your order live

Easy!

First, repack the item with all the tags still attached.

Then, stick the returns label found on your delivery note over your address on the bag (if you need a new one, you can download one in "My Account").

Finally, post it off! Make sure you get proof of postage and keep it safe!

If you need to return something, make sure all the tags are on, and the item is exactly as you received it. You need to get it back to us within 28 days from the date on your dispatch note. For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery is non-refundable, and we ask that you try on swimwear and lingerie over your own underwear and keep the seal in tact.
