RETOURNERINGEN
Je kan producten terugsturen via het retourportaal door op de link hieronder te klikken. Het is snel, traceerbaar en kostenefficiënt.
Je zult zelf de retourkosten moeten betalen, je hebt 28 dagen om iets terug te sturen vanaf de dag dat je de bestelling hebt ontvangen.
Gebruik a.u.b. het adreslabel uit het retouneringsportaal. Een met de hand geschreven adres veroorzaakt vertragingen en de terugbetaling kan hierdoor langer op zich laten wachten. Zonder dit label zullen er invoerkosten en BTW betaald moeten worden.
Retourbeleid
Volg onderstaande stappen:
1. Pak je items opnieuw in. Het is geen probleem als je de originele verpakking niet meer hebt, stuur ze terug in iets dat waterproof, afsluitbaar en niet doorzichtig is.
2. Log in op ons retourneringsportaal. Je hebt je ordernummer en e-mail/laatste 4 cijfers van je telefoonnummer nodig.
3. Selecteer een retouroptie en print het retourlabel thuis of in een winkel uit. De retourzending kan op de post zodra deze in ons portaal is geregistreerd.
4. Zodra wij je geretourneerde item ontvangen hebben, krijg je een e-mail.
5. Hou de tracking in de gaten. Je zult een e-mail ontvangen zodra wij de retourzending hebben ontvangen.

Retourzendingen die via het portaal aan zijn gemaakt zijn traceerbaar. Je hebt dus geen verzendbewijs nodig, alles is digitaal geregistreerd!
