Make no mistake, you will still sweat no matter how cold the weather is when you go for a run. That’s why you should consider wearing a moisture-wicking base shirt and a running windbreaker on top of this. Depending on your cold tolerance during runs, you can then add a running vest, gilet, or another jacket on top of the first two layers.
