Start A Return

1. How long do I have to return an item?

You have 28 days to cancel your order because you have changed your mind. This cancellation period starts from the day you have received all of the items in your order.

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, we will let you know whether you need to return the item to us and if you wish to exercise your legal right to reject the item you must return it to us.

For USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand customers please return items your item(s) to us within 28 days of receiving your item(s) and remember to get in touch before returning.

For all other international customers, please return unsuitable items within 28 days of receiving your item(s).

Please return unsuitable items in its original packaging. Please note, we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery, cosmetics & fashion masks or on swimwear if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken.

2. How To Return An Item?

Want a fully tracked, cost effective and convenient way to send returns?

  1. Log onto our portal. Tell us what you are returning and why.
  2. Pay for the postage and print off your label. Returns are a standard charge all year round and you can track them as they make their way back to our Australian hub in Sydney.
  3. Post if off! Make sure you keep your proof of postage!
  4. Your return arrives back at BOOHOOMAN! Our team will make sure all is in order and authorise your refund - this could take us up to 3 days once it arrives back in our warehouse.
  5. Your refund is on its way. This can take up to 7 days to show in your account and is dependent on your bank's processing time.
  6. Or simply return your items to the following address within 45 days from the date you received your parcel. Please note, that returns will be made at your own cost.

3. Can I have an exchange instead of a refund?

We don’t offer exchanges right now. You can return your item to us for a refund, and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.

4. What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

If you believe your items are damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact Customer Services who may offer you a full refund to your original payment method.

5. How long does it take to process my return?

It can usually take up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed. On receiving your return the next step is for us to check the item(s). Once our checks are complete we will issue a credit in the form of a voucher. Should you be eligible for a cash refund, the funds should appear on your bank statement within 3-5 working days (how long depends on your card issuer). If you paid for your order with a gift voucher or store credit, this will be credited back to your boohooman.com account. We’ll make sure to keep you in the loop and send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund.

6. How can I track the status of my return?

We will send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund. Kindly note that it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show on your account (depending on your card issuer) after the refund has been processed if you are receiving a cash refund. You should receive your credit refund 24 hours of your parcel arriving at the warehouse.

7. Seel Extended Warranty

When you purchase Seel Worry Free Purchase Product, you can initiate returns within 7 days after expiration of BOOHOOMAN's standard return window period. For example, if BOOHOOMAN offers 28 days for returns and you purchase the Worry Free Purchase Product, you shall have an additional 7 days starting from day 29, giving you until day 42 from delivery to initiate a return.

Seel shall issue you with return shipping labels for all Worry Free Purchase Product returns in accordance with Seel’s standard policies and procedures for processing returns. The return shipping label provided by Seel shall have Seel’s address. You must return the product within 7 days from initiating the return request.

Unless you have separately purchased the Return Shipping add-on product, you shall be solely responsible for the cost of return shipping and any other costs of returning a product under the Worry Free Purchase Product. If you purchased the Return Shipping add-on product, Seel shall cover return shipping costs in accordance with the Return Shipping terms. Seel shall take receipt of each product returned under the Worry Free Purchase Product and inspect the item.

If you are eligible for a refund under the Seel Return Policy, Seel shall initiate the refund directly to you within 2 days from when Seel approved the return and refund of the product. The refund amount shall be the entire purchase price of the returned product, plus any associated taxes paid by you, less any cost of return shipping and any other costs of returning the product.
