Its dual-function design combines leg extension and leg curl exercises in one compact machine, helping you target key muscle groups including the quadriceps, hamstrings, calves and glutes. The fully adjustable design features a multi-position backrest, adjustable foot and thigh pads, and a leg extension and curl bar, allowing you to customise your setup for comfortable and controlled training. Distinctive adjustment levers make it quick and easy to find the right position, while padded seating provides additional support during exercise. The weight stack ranges from 5kg to 70kg in 5kg increments, allowing you to progressively increase resistance as your training develops. Premium bearings provide smooth rotation and quiet movement, while the commercial-grade powder-coated steel frame is built for regular use.
