  Die Lieferung an den PaketShop deiner Wahl erfolgt zwischen 12 und 18 Uhr.

  Du wirst per SMS über den Status deiner Bestellung auf dem Laufenden gehalten.

  Al devolver un paquete, sigue el proceso a continuación. Puedes consultar el precio del envío en el portal o se te pedirá que descargues una etiqueta de devolución y pagues el franqueo en tu oficina de correos local. Utiliza un servicio con seguimiento y guarda el comprobante de envío hasta que se haya procesado tu reembolso.

  Tienes 28 días desde el día en que recibiste el pedido para devolverlo.

  Sigue los pasos a continuación:

  1. Vuelve a empaquetar tus artículos.
  2. Inicia sesión en nuestro portal de devoluciones. Necesitarás tu número de pedido y tu correo electrónico o los últimos 4 dígitos de tu número de teléfono.
  3. Selecciona tu opción de devolución preferida (Imprimir la etiqueta en casa o en tienda).
  4. Una vez hayas procesado tu devolución en el portal, ¡ya puedes enviarla! ¡Asegúrate de guardar el comprobante de envío!
  5. Sigue el seguimiento de tu devolución. Recibirás un correo electrónico cuando recibamos tu artículo devuelto.
