The adidas Training Mat provides 10mm responsive cushioning, for extra comfort and reduced pressure on the joints, making it an ideal training partner for all your ground exercises. The closed-cell technology helps to minimise moisture absorption making it easy to wash and keep sweat-free and clean. Designed with stitched fabric edging, the mat itself is extremely durable and capable of standing up to the most rigorous of training regimes. On the underside of the mat, a special ridge texture has been created to grip any smooth surface to help reduce movement. The mat is easy to roll up and take with you to the gym and store away neatly at home. It comes with a Velcro shoulder strap making it even easier to carry around with you. When rolled out the mat has a length of 183cm (6’) and a width of 61cm. This will give you more than enough space to workout effectively. This mat has become a training essential for many of our top athletes.
